God grant me the serenity
to accept the support services I cannot change;
the courage to change the things I can;
and wisdom to know the customer is always right.
Living one support ticket at a time,
Hoping one support ticket at a time,
Accepting the hardships that support tickets do not bring peace,
Frustrating, as they are, of this sinful support ticket system,
As it is, not as they would have it,
Trusting that someone smart enough will make things right,
if I take a moment to surrender to hope,
That I may be reasonably happy with the service provided,
and supremely happy someone could figure it out,
only until the next support ticket,
